Peerless assisted us end-to-end with a large main floor renovation, including kitchen and bathroom. They delivered an exceptional end product with a seamless construction experience.
The Peerless Team exhibited great communication and coordination with all the trades, ensuring the work from all trades met their and our high standards. They are extremely well coordinated, were flexible to our input, and adjusted plans when needed to incorporate design updates and improvements. They were also very upfront with any schedule or cost changes so there were no surprises during the payment schedule.
They have many years of building experience and that was very valuable when making design decisions. All the trades that Peerless sub-contracted were professional, skilled and respectful of the home. They also brought their expertise to the project, which I very much appreciated.
We couldn't be happier with our home, and we are very thankful to have found and worked with the Peerless team.

Peerless is amazing! We were impressed over and over again by their expertise, efficiency, and professionalism. We had them build an addition over our garage and even the building inspector raved at how well it was built. They are SO good at what they do! They are remarkably fast, and as far as timelines go, we were amazed at how Darel was able to project a timeline and how Nate and Matt were able to perform and complete everything perfectly on time (unbelievably fast and extremely well!) Even though they ran into a major roadblock, they worked longer hours and somehow the project still finished on time. There is no one I would rather trust with my home than Peerless.

It is now 10 years since Peerless completed a major renovation of our house (down to the studs). My wife and I were remarking to ourselves just the other day what a great job they did and I thought I would revisit my very positive review at the time.
I see my points then remain completely relevant today, particularly how well Darel’s design suggestions have worked out in the intervening years.
His suggestions, all of which we accepted, and the excellent workmanship of the Peerless crew stood have really stood the test of time.
In other words, we would turn to Peerless in an instant if we had to do it all over again. -

We found out about Peerless Fine Homes through friends of ours who used them for their kitchen renovation. We were impressed with the final result. Darel was professional, courteous and available. Every step of the way, he managed the contractors and timing to meet our needs. We are thankful that all of the workers were considerate and particular about their job. The site was cleaned up at the end of the day and care was taken to protect the newly installed flooring. The end result is more than we expected. We would highly recommend Darel and Peerless Fine Homes and would use them again for any future projects.

We can’t say enough about Darel and Peerless! We were in the beginning of a rebuild with another contractor and had huge issues. Darel and his crew stepped in when our basement had just started and he saved us!! Our custom home is so well built, beautiful and unique there aren’t words to describe it.
